Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders.
• BA/BS in a scientific discipline or business; MBA/PhD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define problem statements, vision, and strategy; maintain backlog and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional product team to drive discovery, prioritization, and ROI.
• Communicate priorities and decisions; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, and Support teams for launches and updates.
