Job summary

Antech seeks a Sr. Marketing Product Manager to lead the short- and long-term marketing vision for Laboratory Diagnostics. You will shape programs targeting veterinarians, operate in a matrixed structure, and drive growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in healthcare or veterinary marketing, strong digital marketing skills, and experience with CRM and analytics tools. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field; healthcare marketing is a plus.
• 5-7+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, veterinary or diagnostics.
• Proven track record executing marketing strategies in veterinary or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for laboratory diagnostics and reference labs.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D and senior leadership to align marketing with product and business goals.
• Manage budgets and measure ROI of marketing programs across channels.
