Job summary

Antech in Loveland, CO is seeking a Sr. Marketing Product Manager to lead the short- and long-term marketing vision for Laboratory Diagnostics. The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and deep knowledge of veterinary clinics and diagnostics.

You will drive direct-to-veterinarian marketing and digital campaigns, work in a matrixed structure, and partner with Sales, R&D, and leadership to grow the business. Travel up to 25% and a performance incentive are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, specialization in healthcare marketing is an added advantage.
• 5-7+ years of marketing experience in a healthcare, veterinary or diagnostics industry
• Proven track record in executing marketing strategies in a veterinary or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis and Research to identify trends, needs and opportunities.
• Strategic Marketing Development for education programs and digital marketing to increase reference lab usage.
• Marketing Plan Creation and Execution for lab tests and services with clear objectives and channels.
• Cross Functional Collaboration with Sales, R&D and leadership to align marketing and product goals.
• Budget Management to allocate resources and measure ROI.
