Job summary

Zoetis seeks a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, labs, and academic settings across the diagnostic product line. You will help with implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution, with up to 75% travel in the territory.

The role focuses on diagnostics implementation, workflow improvements, and increasing utilization, complemented by detailed reporting and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (eg. Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe)
• Analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the work week
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Support onsite relationships with clinics to improve utilization and adoption of diagnostic products
• Identify and address clinic pain points; design and implement workflow improvements
• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting and resolution of complex system problems
• Deliver product training and presentations to clinics to improve productivity
• Provide post-sale installation and validation training for applications and operations
• Document daily activities and visits with detailed reports and customer feedback
• Work with ABM and DSC teams to report opportunities for additional analyzers and referrals
• Safely lift and move up to 60 lbs
