Responsibilities

Since 2014, Alpha Veterinary Services has proudly provided compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to pets and their families throughout the Uniontown community. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time schedule.

As the first person our clients interact with, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily appointment schedule
• Processing payments and accurately handling invoices and financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records within our practice management software
• Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff to relay messages and client updates
• Answering client questions and assisting with general inquiries
• Keeping the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming
• Multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced veterinary environment while maintaining attention to detail
