Qualifications

• Customer service experience, minimum 2 years.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic, minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and patients upon arrival and notifying staff as needed.

• Answer phones, route calls, and handle faxes/emails promptly.
• Communicate information between clients and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and patients as they arrive for appointments and notifying technical staff when they arrive.
• Checking in/out patients; processing payments.
• Answering phone calls and routing calls as necessary; processing faxes and emails in a timely manner.
• Acting as a liaison to effectively communicate information between clients and medical staff.
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments; identifying potential emergencies and scheduling them appropriately; confirming appointments.
• Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of client/patient accounts; entering and obtaining previous medical records for new patients and updating accounts as necessary.
• Client education; becoming familiar with preventatives, vaccinations, routine testing, etc. to be able to confidently discuss with clients
• Maintaining hospital cleanliness.

Candidates must be comfortable handling patients and communicating with clients on a regular basis.

Experience
