Job summary

Lil Paw Shop Veterinary Clinic is seeking cheerful receptionists to greet clients, answer phones and educate clients while handling invoicing and scheduling. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities for career growth and benefits.

Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, processing payments (including care credit), managing inventory, sending reminders and assisting with prescription refills, all in a friendly in-person environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years veterinary work experience preferred
• 1 year customer service experience required
