As a key member of our small‑animal veterinary hospital, you will provide exceptional customer service, support our doctors and staff, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, Fear‑Free medicine.

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on services, pricing, and availability
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care, including preparing exam rooms and charts
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
• Support hospital operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client care
