Qualifications

• Veterinary CSR/reception experience; emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• Experience leading and coaching teams with accountability.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CSR team with coaching and clear expectations.
• Own the client experience, ensuring compassionate and professional communication.
• Improve departmental workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Lead in a fast-paced 24/7 emergency/specialty hospital, maintaining calm and clear direction across shifts.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and hospital leadership on cross-department challenges.
