Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative Lead at Central Maui Animal Clinic in Kahului, HI. The role guides front office workflow, mentors staff, and ensures a high-quality client and patient experience.

The CSR Lead will oversee scheduling, client check-in/out, and collaboration with veterinarians, while maintaining safety standards and continuous training. Flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary CSR/receptionist is required.
• Prior lead, supervisory, or management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in a clinical environment.
• Comfort around hazards and potentially aggressive animals.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk workflow and scheduling to maintain a smooth daily cadence.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to manage staffing levels and inventory within budget.
• Ensure safety standards are met and report issues promptly.
• Mentor and train team members to boost performance and engagement.
• Oversee client check-in/check-out and explain billing to clients.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to deliver high-quality care.
