Responsibilities

• Answer and manage busy, multi-line phone systems with professionalism and compassion.
• Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience.
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and concerns.
• Accurately type and enter information into our veterinary practice management system.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members.
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Help ensure the front desk and daily clinic operations run smoothly.
