Job summary

St. Louis Veterinary Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and handle front desk duties, scheduling, and records management.

The CSR will greet clients, manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records while upholding clinic policies and ensuring a warm, compassionate environment for all patients and their humans.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety practices including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk procedures and greet clients and patients.
• Manage reception area, scheduling, and appointment tracking.
• Process payments and handle daily cash/credit transactions.
• Update client/patient records and prepare correspondence.
• Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy of data entry.
