Job summary

VetEvolve is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our in-person team. The CSR will welcome clients and pets, manage front-desk duties, and support the veterinary staff with patient care and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and a veterinary- or animal-care-friendly background, with strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Veterinary or animal care background is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and provide empathetic service in person and over the phone.
• Check-in and check-out patients, coordinating with hospital staff on patient status.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; triage patients by urgency.
• Explain hospital services, wellness care, vaccinations, and aftercare to clients.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage payments and charges.
• Support veterinarians and team with administrative tasks.
• Keep the hospital environment clean, safe, and organized.
• Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.
