The Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and patients, delivering a welcoming, positive experience in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners.
• Manage client records in the practice management system.
• Support weekend urgent care scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Provide compassionate support during difficult situations.
