Job summary

Burke Animal Clinic, part of Community Veterinary Partners, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our busy front desk in Burke, VA. This full-time position includes weekday and weekend shifts with pay between $19 and $20 per hour.

You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle communications, and support staff while maintaining compassionate, professional service during emotional moments. We value clear communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients.
• Know policies, procedures, and clinical processes.
• Answer phones, emails, texts, and route messages.
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
• Take food and prescription requests.
• Handle cash drawer and end-of-day reports.
• Troubleshoot client communication issues.
• Process patient records, lab work, and reports.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information.
• Relay messages between clients, veterinarians, and staff.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
