Job summary

Murray Hill Veterinary Associates PA is seeking a Client Service Representative for our New Providence, NJ hospital. This in-person role focuses on friendly, patient-centered service; no veterinary experience is required as we provide hands-on training to learn our systems and terminology.

Core duties include greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and supporting doctors and technicians with a calm, compassionate approach.

If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or a call center, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed here.

What Your Day Might Look Like

No two days in veterinary medicine are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

• Welcome pets and their people with warmth, patience, and the occasional treat.
• Schedule appointments while helping our hospital’s day run smoothly.
• Assist clients with check-in, check-out, payments, and questions.
• Answer phone calls with empathy and provide clear, helpful information.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and fellow team members.
• Keep client and patient information accurate and organized.
• Help worried pet parents feel heard, supported, and reassured.
• Meet plenty of puppies, kittens, senior sweethearts, and the occasional exotic guest.
