As the face of the hospital, the CST will handle check-ins, appointment coordination, and basic procedures support; the role requires fluent English, six months veterinary assistant experience, and a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• You have experience of at least six months working in a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant
• You are dedicated to maintaining a positive, respectful hospital culture
• You take initiative and contribute to hospital operations
• You can adapt to individual needs of each patient and family
• You possess clinical skills including safe patient restraint, phlebotomy, and radiology knowledge
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required; multilingual candidates are encouraged

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with kindness and respect
• Check-in patients and obtain history, vitals, and weights
• Communicate with DVM and team to find solutions
• Collect payments for services rendered
• Maintain clean, odor-free reception and exam rooms
• Verify client information is up to date
• Answer calls on multi-line phone
• Assist with patient restraint, blood draws, and radiology
• Discharge patients and explain procedures and aftercare
• Scan and file lab results and RDVM records
• Stock exam rooms and office supplies
