Job summary

Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center (DVSC) in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Client Service Technician to be the face and heartbeat of the hospital. The CST will deliver exceptional client service, manage patient check-ins, gather history, and support DVMs in a fast-paced surgical referral setting.

Salary is $19-$22/hour with full-time benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and more. Schedule is 4x10 hour shifts, Mon-Fri, 7am–5pm, in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant.
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and customers with kindness and respect.
• Check-in patients and obtain history and vital signs.
• Communicate with DVM and support team to find solutions.
• Collect payments for services rendered and ensure clean reception areas.
• Discharge surgical patients and answer questions about procedures and aftercare.
