Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to provide top-tier service to clients and patients. You will greet clients, answer calls, guide them to exam rooms, manage records, discuss payments, and keep the lobby organized.

Role requires composure under pressure, clear communication, and team collaboration. Compensation includes hourly pay with shift differentials; equal opportunity employer and drug-free organization.

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service toensure client interactions arefacilitatedsmoothly,compassionatelyand effectively throughout their MedVetExperience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medicalrecords and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must alwaysmaintaina compassionate yet professional composure.

Compensation:

Staring salary for this position has a hiring range of $17.00 to $25.00/hour based on skills and experience.

We support our caregivers with lucrative shift differentials:

• Hours worked between 8pm and 11:59pm = base pay + $2/hour
• Hours worked between 12am to 7:59am = base pay + $3/hour
• Hours worked on Weekends (day or night) = base pay +$1/hour + any applicable differential
