MedVet in Carmel, IN is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients and pets through exams, payments, and data entry.

The role requires calm communication, accuracy in medical records, and a collaborative approach with the clinical team. Prior veterinary experience is preferred, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Veterinary Client Service Representative

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain compassionate yet professional composure.

What you’ll do:

• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
