Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative for Saint Francis Pet Care Center to serve as the welcoming face of the hospital. You will manage appointments, greet clients and pets, and assist the veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Training in veterinary practice management software and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn veterinary practice management software.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a genuine love for people and animals.
