Description
Day and Evening Pet Hospital and Surgical Center
Palm Harbor, FL
About our Hospital
Looking for a workplace where your coworkers actually have your back? Welcome to Day & Evening.
We’re not your average veterinary hospital—and we’re definitely not the “everyone stays in their own lane” kind of team.
We’re a three-doctor, busy, full-service hospital where teamwork isn’t just something printed on the wall. It’s how we actually operate. When the phones are ringing, the lobby is full, and the day decides to throw us a curveball, we jump in and help each other. No “that’s not my job” mentality here. If you see something that needs to be done, you help get it done.
Our hospital has a fun, beachy Florida vibe that makes coming to work feel a little less like work. We work hard, laugh a lot, celebrate our wins, and genuinely care about the people we spend our days with.
And because we believe you should have a life outside of work, our team works three 12-hour shifts during the week with rotating Saturdays. That means more full days off to enjoy Florida, spend time with family and friends, hit the beach, run errands, or simply do absolutely nothing. Work hard, live well—that’s the goal.
As a CSR, you’re not just answering phones and checking people in. You’re the face and voice of our hospital. You help create the first impression, build relationships with our clients, keep the day moving, and make sure our medical team has what they need to take great care of our patients.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, quick on their feet, and genuinely enjoys people. Someone who can handle a busy day without losing their sense of humor—and who understands that sometimes the most important thing you can do is simply help your teammate.
If you want a veterinary workplace where your coworkers actually have your back, your ideas are heard, your hard work is noticed, and you can have some fun along the way, come join us.
Bring your personality. Bring your work ethic. Bring your love of people and pets. We’ll bring the sunshine.
If you're passionate about veterinary medicine, enjoy connecting with clients, and want to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and has fun along the way, we'd love to hear from you!
Please note: Veterinary experience is required for this position. While we value exceptional customer service skills, the specialized nature of this role requires prior experience working in a veterinary hospital. Applicants without veterinary experience will not be considered.
