Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists San Antonio is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Receptionist to manage the front desk, greet clients and patients, and support daily operations. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and multiline phone handling in a fast-paced clinic.

• Can problem-solve.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Schedule (full-time): Day and overnight shifts available

About You

You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Experience & Skills

• Recent experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office receptionist
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Is a great team player
• Has experience with answering multi-phone lines
