Job summary

All Valley Pet Clinic at Emerald is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first and last impression for clients, coordinating friendly, clear communications between clients and veterinary staff.

You will handle appointments, basic medical record keeping, and inquiries about services and products. Previous customer service is preferred; we value compassion, teamwork, and accuracy in a fast-paced animal-care setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate with team as well as with clients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a compassionate, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, friendly and informative customer service.

Put your knowledge and compassion into practice! We are looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our community-based practice. CSR's provide the first and the last impression during our clients visits. CSR's play a vital role in our team by providing clear communication to our clients as well as our veterinary staff.

The ideal candidate:

• Exceptional customer service skills


• 6 months of customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently


• Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional, friendly and informative customer service
