Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience.

BluePearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Veterinary Client Service Manager. The role involves handling day-to-day client service operations under the supervision of the Practice Manager or Area Leader.

As a Veterinary Client Service Manager, you will:

  • Coach client service associates to be proactive and effective in addressing client needs and escalated situations.
  • Partner with the Client Service Team Leader to schedule staff efficiently to meet client needs.
  • Act as a key member of the management team, providing feedback to improve client satisfaction.
  • Participate in building positive internal relationships and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with your recruiter for hiring and internal transfers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of successful management experience in veterinary, healthcare, hospitality, or client services industries.
