Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience.

BluePearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Veterinary Client Service Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager plays a vital role by handling day-to-day client service operations under the supervision and mentorship of the Practice Manager or Area Leader.

As a Veterinary Client Service Manager:

  • You will coach client service associates to be proactive at anticipating and addressing client needs, and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
  • You will partner with the Client Service Team Leader to schedule staff efficiently to meet and exceed client needs at every shift.
  • You will be an integral member of the management team, acting as a link between clients, patients, and caregivers, and providing feedback to identify issues that may cause dissatisfaction.
  • You will participate in hospital management, building positive internal relationships and supporting process improvements.
  • You will collaborate with your recruiter for new hire selection or internal transfers to fill open positions.

Experience Preferred:

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of success managing professionals in complex organizations, within veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.
