L EAD C LIENT S ERVICE M ANAGER, P&C I NSURANCE – Atlanta, GA (Remote)

A thriving & expanding P&C insurance firm is looking to onboard a Lead Client Service Manager in the greater Atlanta area.

This is a REMOTE role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building & nurturing relationships with clients, while collaborating with team members to meet and exceed insurance requirements for our client organizations.

  • Lead the renewal process, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions to clients.
  • Secure existing business and assist in coordinating sales of additional services and coverage lines.
  • Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client data, records, and policy documentation.
  • Manage and collaborate effectively to execute multiple service-oriented priorities.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Develop professional rapport with internal and external partners.

Professional Profile:

  • Experience in P&C insurance client service and/or claims management.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional client service in collaboration with team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with other technology tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable engaging in consultative discussions.
  • Possession of a State Insurance License or in the process of obtaining one.
