L EAD C LIENT S ERVICE M ANAGER, P&C I NSURANCE – Atlanta, GA (Remote)

A thriving & expanding P&C insurance firm is prepared to onboard a Lead Client Service Manager in greater Atlanta.

In this REMOTE role, the ideal candidate will be passionate about building & nurturing relationships with clients, while collaborating with team members to meet/exceed the insurance requirements of our client organizations.

  • Perform a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring the best solutions are delivered to clients.
  • Secure existing business & assist in coordinating sales of additional services & lines of coverage.
  • Nurture client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client data, records & policy documentation.
  • Manage & collaborate effectively in executing multiple service-oriented priorities.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards & service levels are achieved.
  • Develop professional rapport with internal & external partners.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

  • P&C insurance client service & / or claims management expertise.
  • Adept at delivering exceptional client service in collaboration with team members.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with other technology tools to maximize productivity is a plus.
  • Comfortable engaging in consultative discussions.
  • Possession of a State Insurance License, or in the process of obtaining one.
