Job summary

VCA Lynnfield by the Lake Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Client Service Supervisor to join our hospital's leadership team. You will lead our client service team and oversee a wide range of administrative and operational duties.

As a supervisor, you will ensure outstanding client service, support a positive, efficient team, and collaborate with the Hospital Manager and medical staff to drive daily operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the veterinary field.
• A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor towards both animals and people.
• Excellent knowledge of client service best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and weekends, based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front office team by example, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.
• Manage client flow, address client concerns, and ensure a professional, compassionate experience for every visitor.
• Drive day-to-day administrative functions: overseeing billing, financial records, office systems, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Hospital Manager and medical team to identify opportunities for improvement, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to growth of the practice.
