MedVet is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) in San Jose to greet and check-in clients, manage medical records, and process payments while ensuring a compassionate, professional interactions throughout the client and patient journey.

The role requires excellent communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment with flexible hours and shift differential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions.
• Ability to multi-task and enter data accurately.
• Compassionate yet professional composure in client interactions.
• Capacity to remain composed in stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client service skills and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
