Job summary

San Francisco SPCA is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator for our Veterinary Hospital team. You will be on the front line, greeting clients and pets, managing check-in/check-out, handling calls, and supporting financial transactions while upholding our core values and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and empathy in a fast-paced environment, with a 4/10 schedule and weekend shifts. Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of college or 2 years related experience preferred.
• Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability.
• Bilingual skills encouraged (Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and direct visitors in a welcoming lobby.
• Answer phones and book appointments efficiently.
• Maintain patient files and handle payments for services.
• Schedule appointments using veterinary software.
• Promote client satisfaction and follow up with inquiries.
