Job summary

A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate patient records. You will handle reception, phone calls, billing, and data entry while delivering a warm, professional experience.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the CSR supports a busy clinic with weekend availability, pays $12 per hour, and offers benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures per manager and procedures.
• Maintain clean, presentable public areas including front desk and waiting room.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files as needed.
• Prepare and send client correspondence.
• Send reminder notices and follow up with callbacks.
• Back up computer system and post daily business.
• Greet clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Present medications and take-home items.
• Handle emergencies with care per clinic policies.
• Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
