Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed estimates to clients.
• Facilitate admission, scheduling and discharge of clients.
• Provide in-person and telephone customer service promptly and knowledgeably.
• Answer telephones and direct calls correctly.
• Audit client charges and ensure accuracy for client accounts.
• Assist with prescription requests from outside pharmacies.
• Serve as main contact for resolution of client issues regarding surgery patients or appointments.
• Audit survey data and facilitate resolution of concerns.
