VCA Miller- Robertson Animal Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. You will greet clients and their pets, manage appointments, process payments, and support the veterinarians with compassionate, professional service.

A friendly demeanor and strong communication are essential to excel in this role. You will educate clients on basic pet care, assist with product and service recommendations, and maintain accurate records while keeping the facility tidy and welcoming

Qualifications

• Front desk customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet visitors and manage client flow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, answer phones, and guide to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-ups and contact prospective clients.
• Explain and process fees, and handle payments.
• Assist with product and service recommendations including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general animal care and non-medical topics.
• Maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Keep the hospital clean and organized at all times.
