Job summary

Hillcrest Animal Hospital in Poplar Bluff, MO, is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional client experience at the front desk and through practice administration. You will manage reception, records, scheduling, cash handling, and client communications, ensuring accurate veterinary records and smooth daily operations.

Pay ranges from USD 15.00 to USD 17.00 per hour, with benefits and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
• Client satisfaction references are preferred.
• PPE/OSHA safety techniques should be practiced.

Responsibilities

• Leads opening/closing procedures as directed.
• Maintains cleanliness and presentation of front desk and waiting areas.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments, and credit accounts.
• Schedules clinic appointments per Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and follows up with clients as needed.
• Performs backups and daily business postings.
• Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience.
• Answers incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergencies with care and clinic policies.
