Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads opening and closing procedures per manager and clinic protocol.
• Maintains clean, welcoming reception and front desk areas.
• Processes payments (cash, checks, card) and updates accounts.
• Schedules appointments and ensures smooth clinic workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Handles caller inquiries with professional telephone etiquette.
• Greet clients and patients warmly to ensure a positive visit.
• Responds to emergencies following clinic policies and procedures.
