Job summary

Omro Animal Hospital in Omro, WI is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience and support practice administration.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the CSR handles front desk duties, records, appointments, and billing while maintaining patient care through accurate veterinary records and friendly communication.

This role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and patient-centered service as the hospital grows and builds a new facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.
• Ability to work on weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Maintain clean front desk, reception area, waiting room, and exam rooms.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic workflow.
• Update client/patient files and send client correspondence.
• Send reminders and follow up with clients.
• Post daily business data and back up systems as directed.
• Welcome clients and patients and provide a warm experience.
• Answer inbound calls with proper etiquette.
• Provide medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policies.
• Address client concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
