Premier Veterinary Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our emergency and specialty care team. This role focuses on delivering compassionate client support, managing records, and coordinating appointments in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring accuracy in documents and patient records while upholding the highest standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
• Proven effective communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful and compassionate manner.
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately.
• Educate and advise clients regarding Premier services and practices.
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests with high care quality.
• Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Update client/pet records in compliance with hospital requirements.
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing.
