MissionVet Specialty & Emergency in San Antonio is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative for swing shift to join our team. You will be the first and last impression for clients and referring veterinarians, handling phones, scheduling, and patient records with care.

You will support our emergency and specialty departments, maintain accurate records, process payments, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment while showing empathy to families during challenging moments.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent experience in a veterinary or medical environment.
• Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) are required.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for clients, patients, and referring veterinarians.
• Answer and direct phone calls while providing compassionate and accurate information.
• Schedule appointments across multiple specialty services and emergency departments.
• Educate clients and referring veterinarians about hospital services and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update client information promptly.
• Process payments and assist with financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, referring veterinarians, and hospital staff.
• Remain calm and collected during emergency situations and periods of high activity.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with clients experiencing stressful situations.
• Handle multiple tasks and interruptions while maintaining excellent customer service.
