Job summary

Ocotillo Animal Clinic and Pet Resort in Chandler, Arizona seeks a Positive Team Member for a fast-paced reception role. The receptionist will handle check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, and assist with prescriptions while delivering excellent customer service to clients and their pets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take direction as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check In and Check out Clients.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone scheduling.
• Dispense prescription items per Vet instructions.
• Maintain client records in Avimark.
• Demonstrate empathy toward clients and pets.
