All Pets Animal Hospital of Rogers is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Client Care Representative to join our growing team. This is more than a receptionist role—it's about delivering outstanding client care and supporting excellent patient experiences.

As the first and last contact, you will greet clients, answer multi-line phones, obtain histories, verify vaccination records, and help schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception experience preferred.
• Experience with veterinary practice software is a plus.
• Strong customer service or hospitality background required.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary preventive care, vaccines, and wellness services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Obtain and accurately document patient histories and client information
• Verify vaccination and testing records
• Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with the medical team
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Assist clients with prescription diets, flea and tick preventatives, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
• Maintain accurate patient records within veterinary software systems
• Support daily hospital operations and help ensure a smooth client experience
• Deliver a hospitality-focused experience that exceeds client expectations
