Job summary

Animal Care Center of Carters Creek, part of Western Veterinary Partners, is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Client Service Representative to connect clients, patients, and the veterinary team.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage inventory, coordinate appointments, handle online pharmacy approvals, and support front-desk operations while delivering compassionate client service. The role offers a full-time schedule and benefits under the Western Veterinary Partners umbrella.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Experience managing inventory, ordering hospital supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Ability to manage and process online pharmacy approval requests accurately and efficiently.
• Experience coordinating specialty, referral, and outside veterinary appointments, including communication between clients, specialists and team.
• Assist with reception and front-desk responsibilities, including multi-line phones and in-person client interactions.
• Experience using veterinary practice management software, preferably ezyVet.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotional situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital inventory and ordering; maintain stock levels.
• Process online pharmacy approvals and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate specialty, referral, and outside appointments with clients and vets.
• Assist with front-desk duties and multi-line phone coverage.
• Support clients with questions and essential information about pets and services.
