Job summary

Zoetis in Philadelphia is seeking a Customer Care Veterinary Technician (CCVT) to be the first point of contact for customers, handling routine and complex inquiries about Zoetis products. You will document adverse events, follow SOPs, and collaborate with VMIPS and VMRA to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering empathetic service.

You will educate customers, support marketing guarantee programs, and coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to achieve the best

Qualifications

• CVT/RVT credential in good standing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical veterinary technician experience or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Ability to explain product information clearly to veterinary staff and pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior first-line customer support with empathetic interactions.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about Zoetis products across channels.
• Explain product actions, diseases, diagnoses and treatments to veterinary staff and owners.
• Document adverse events and comply with pharmacovigilance requirements and SOPs.
• Follow PV database processes and maintain data accuracy.
• Educate customers on Zoetis products and programs, and assist with guarantees.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing to achieve best outcomes.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
