Job summary

Zoetis, Inc in the United States is seeking a Customer Care Veterinary Technician (CCVT) to be the first point of contact for routine and complex inquiries and adverse experiences involving Zoetis products. You will respond in accordance with SOPs, provide accurate information, document events, and support pharmacovigilance to ensure safety and quality.

This full-time role requires a Veterinary Technician Credential (CVT/RVT) with 5 years of clinical experience, or equivalent customer-facing

Qualifications

• CVT/RVT credential in good standing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of clinical experience as a veterinary technician or equivalent customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior first-line customer support with empathetic interactions.
• Answer inbound customer contacts via approved channels per Zoetis guidelines.
• Explain product mode of action and disease states to veterinary staff and owners.
• Document adverse events and comply with pharmacovigilance standards.
• Educate customers on Zoetis products and programs; follow up as needed.
