Job summary

Resurgence Veterinary Mobility is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative/Rehabilitation Assistant to support our veterinary rehabilitation team. You will greet clients and pets, manage appointments, and help maintain patient records with a focus on compassionate client service.

You will collaborate with the rehab team to deliver high-quality patient care, assist with rehabilitation modalities, and ensure a smooth care journey for both clients and their pets on site.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service/administrative experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and pets by name and provide a welcoming front desk experience.
  • Manage schedules, resolve booking conflicts, and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records within our practice management software.
  • Assist with client inquiries about services, prescriptions, and billing.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure client-facing areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with our rehab team to deliver top-notch patient care.
  • Assist with rehabilitation treatment modalities and evaluations.
