Bond Vet is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our growing network of clinics. You will work closely with Veterinarians and Vet Technicians to provide compassionate care to pets and families, supporting clinical procedures and client interactions in a full-time role with a rotating 10-hour shift schedule.

The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a passion for pets, with a strong focus on creating a positive client experience and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as veterinary assistant or kennel assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Scribe for Veterinarians during visits.
• Assist with surgeries, x-rays, treatments, and other procedures.
• Compassionately handle and restrain pets for exams.
• Record and report on patient symptoms.
• Clean, restock and maintain clinic common areas and exam rooms.
• Clearly communicate pricing estimates and treatment plans to clients.
• Assist with client interactions, walk-ins, calls, scheduling, and education as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.
