Bond Vet is hiring a Veterinary Assistant to support veterinarians and veterinary technicians in our fast-growing clinics in the United States. You will be a compassionate team member helping with scribing, animal restraint, assisting during procedures, and communicating care plans to clients.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) features flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and profit sharing as part of our supportive, pet-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a veterinary or kennel assistant.
• Working knowledge of veterinary terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong typing skills and ability to use multiple computer systems.
• Passion for pets!

Responsibilities

• Scribe for veterinarians during visits.
• Assist with surgeries, x-rays, treatments and other procedures.
• Restrain and handle pets during exams.
• Record and report patient symptoms.
• Maintain clinic areas and restock exam rooms.
• Explain pricing estimates and treatment plans to clients.
• Assist with client interactions, scheduling and education.
• Perform other duties as needed.
