Bond Vet is hiring a Veterinary Assistant to support veterinarians and veterinary technicians in delivering high-quality care for pets. You will scribes during visits, help with procedures, and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a rotating four 10-hour shift pattern, strong benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of veterinary terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with multiple computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Scribe for Veterinarians during visits.
• Assist with surgeries, x-rays, treatments and procedures.
• Restrain pets for exams as needed.
• Record and report patient symptoms clearly.
• Restock and maintain clinic areas and rooms.
• Explain pricing estimates and treatment plans to clients.
• Assist with client interactions, scheduling, and education as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.
