Wanted: Superstar Veterinary Client Service Representative. Full-Time Position $17-$22 depending on experience. Hillside Pet Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Assistant/Customer Service Representative combo to manage phones, appointments, and client interactions while caring for our animal patients.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients with a positive demeanor and creating a welcoming visit experience
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and serving as the go-to for client questions
• Assisting veterinarians and techs with administrative tasks during front desk shifts or while covering for front desk staff
• Keeping client records up-to-date and maintaining a clean reception area
• Checking in appointments and assisting veterinarians as needed when assigned to the Veterinary Assistant role

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service or veterinary settings (bonus if you can speak pet sounds or cues)
• Multitasking ability to answer phones while calming anxious animals
• Detail-oriented, organized, with a positive attitude
• Computer-savvy, reliable, and dependable
