Full-Time Position $16-$20 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting clients with your brightest smile and making every visit a pawsitive experience
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and being the go-to guru for client questions
• Helping our veterinarians and techs with admin tasks
• Keeping client records up-to-date and the reception area looking fabulous
• Being the heart and soul of our front desk—without needing a stethoscope

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with previous customer service or veterinary experience
• A multitasking wizard who can answer the phone while soothing a nervous kitty
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to roll with a positive attitude
• Computer-savvy, reliable, and as dependable as a Labrador fetching a ball
